Adrienn Tiszai wurde in Ungarn geboren. Sie erhielt ihre Ballettausbildung (2007-2016) an der ungarischen Ballettakademie und besuchte zahlreiche Sommerkurse. Anschließend wurde sie Solistin des Staatstheaters Kosice und von 2019 bis 2023 war sie Solistin des Mährisch-Schlesischen Nationaltheaters in Tschechien. Während dieser Zeit tanzte sie in verschiedenen Produktionen, u. a. in „Nussknacker“, „Le Corsaire“, „Dornröschen“ sowie „Bayadère“ und „Schwanensee“ in der Choreografie von Vladimir Malakhov. Seit 2023 ist sie am Aalto Ballett Essen engagiert. Sie stand bereits in zahlreichen Produktionen von Ben Van Cauwenbergh, u. a. in „Giselle“, „Romeo und Julia“ und „Schwanenesee“ auf der Aalto-Bühne. Zuletzt war sie in Johan Ingers „Carmen“ zu erleben.

She then became a soloist at the Kosice State Theatre and from 2019 to 2023 she was a soloist at the Moravian-Silesian National Theatre in the Czech Republic. During this time, she danced in various productions, including ‘The Nutcracker’, ‘Le Corsaire’, ‘Sleeping Beauty’ as well as ‘Bayadère’ and ‘Swan Lake’ choreographed by Vladimir Malakhov. She has been a member of the Aalto Ballett Essen since 2023. She has already appeared on the Aalto stage in numerous productions by Ben Van Cauwenbergh, including ‘Giselle’, ‘Romeo and Juliet’ and ‘Swan Lake’. Most recently, she appeared in Johan Inger's ‘Carmen’.
